Our commitment to you...

Our price includes all known charges for the service being booked and is based on the USD costs at time of booking. It does not include baggage and personal insurance, airport exit taxes or visa fees as applicable.

If the Booked Service is amended, cancelled before the meeting time (a "Change"), or is varied during its performance, then Premium Track and its Service Providers may require payment of additional fees or penalties.    

If the Change is accepted between 48 and 12 hours before the meeting time the penalties will be at least 50% of the job value.   If the Change is accepted less than 12 hours ahead the penalties will be up to 100% of the job value

Any issue regarding the supply of a service should be notified to Premium Track in writing by email within 1 month of the date the booked Meeting time.

You are reminded to ensure that you have booked a car that is big enough for your party size and your accompanying luggage.

Some elements of the Fast-tracked meet & assist  service may occasionally be suspended due to airport security restrictions, or temporary changes to immigration or customs practices. Whilst our local representatives will try to work round these and minimise their impact, such unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
