For Arrivals, we provide the fastest possible route through Immigration and personal assistance with quarantine, visa-on-arrival, and customs. Porters to help with baggage reclaim and transfer by electric buggy may also be requested in advance. The service ends in a smooth handover to a driver.
For Departures after greeting the customer at the kerbside drop off area, we provide assistance with check-in, and then a fast-tracked route through security and immigration. The service ends in a smooth handover to airport gate or lounge staff.

service means you don't have to
stand in the normal immigration line or you are
escorted quickly through
a VIP immigration process. We use a mix of
private terminals, VIP facilities; lounges; fast track channels; and crew,
diplomatic, or first class lines to achieve a Fast-tracked service.
