Premium Track customers are met at the airbridge for arrival services and the kerbside for departure services. Our helpful airport staff make passing through the airport really easy. Arrivals
After greeting the customer at the airbridge we provide a Fast-tracked route through Immigration, and personal assistance with quarantine, visa-on-arrival, customs, baggage reclaim, and porterage culminating in a smooth handover to our private Premium Track drivers, or to a passenger-booked car or transfer.
Departures
After greeting the customers at the kerbside drop off area we provide assistance with check-in and porterage, and a fast track route through security lines and immigration to a lounge or boarding gate.
Fast-tracked immigration
This
means our customer does not have to
stand in the normal immigration line, and / or is
escorted quickly and easily through
an immigration process. We use a mix of
private terminals, VIP facilities; fast track Channels; and crew,
diplomatic, or first class lines.
